Plot
The film begins with Aang having a vision of Zuko's mother, Ursa. Aang tells Zuko about his vision, and Zuko decides that they should search for Ursa. The group travels to the Fire Nation capital, where they are met with resistance from the Fire Nation guards. Aang and his friends are eventually able to find Ursa, but she has lost her memory and does not remember Zuko.
Aang and his friends take Ursa to the Western Air Temple, where they hope that she will be able to recover her memory. While Ursa is at the Western Air Temple, Zuko has a vision of his mother. In the vision, Ursa tells Zuko that she loves him and that she is proud of him. Zuko is finally able to forgive his mother for leaving him, and he begins to accept her for who she is.
Meanwhile, Aang and his friends are trying to help Ursa recover her memory. They learn that Ursa was banished from the Fire Nation by Azulon after she spoke out against him. Ursa was sent to a remote island, where she was found by a group of villagers. The villagers took Ursa in and helped her to start a new life. Ursa eventually married a man named Noren and had a daughter named Kiyi.
Aang and his friends travel to the island where Ursa lived. They find Ursa and Noren, but Ursa still does not remember Zuko. Aang and his friends are able to convince Noren to let them take Ursa back to the Fire Nation. Ursa is reunited with Zuko, and she is finally able to recover her memory. Zuko and Ursa are finally able to forgive each other, and they are able to move on with their lives.
